February, 26 - 25th Serie A matchday:
15’ Nocerino (M)
83’ Matri

To be fair I have to mention Mexes’ punch. A really a bad behaviour, even if he was provoked.
I have to say though, considering that more than the 50% of Borriello match is rolling around on the pitch or asking for penalties to the referee, I think Mexes could have just touched Borriello.
Allegri’s guy had played a good first half, and two goals up after about twenty minutes would probably have meant game over.
But during the second half Pato left the pitch for El Shaarawy, good youngster but not ready for these kind of matches, so Rossoneri lost attacking traction.
Emanuelson substituded by Ambrosini started an hard defensive covering instead of creativity.
That was an error, because Juventus are a more compact team, and their team spirit allows players to overwhelm also a more tactically and quality skilled opponent.
I think if Maxi Lopex had been thrown in, (but on the stands yesterday) Ac Milan would have had more possibility to keep the score, considering that Bianconeri would have been more careful about Ac Milan forwards.
February, 23 2012 - Europa League round in competition with thirty-two competitors:

February, 19 2012 - 24th Serie A matchday:
Cesena 1-3 Ac Milan
29’ Muntari (M)
31’ Emanuelson (M)
54’ Robinho (M)
65’ Pudil (C)

Rossoneri now have shown definitely that they can win palying a good and unpredictable soccer even without Ibrahimovic.
Allegri’s squad dominated first half, crowning that with a Pipp-esque goal of the newcomer Muntari.
Emanuelson scored a goal with a perfect shot, as a conclusion of a fast and accurate play after a Robinho assist.
The latter highlighted to be on an incredible shape, managing the game between midfielder and forward lines and scoring his third goal in four days.
El Shaarawy was close to score as soon as he was throw in, but Antonioli saved in an excellent way.
Rossoneri conceded the second half to Cesena, due to a probable satisfaction for the score until that moment, and a tactical change of Bianconeri.
Allegri had substituted Maxi Lopez with Filippo Inzaghi at 90th minute. In the following three minutes he could touch the ball just one time.
It’s clear that Rossoneri manager will let Superpippo break his appearence record, but he didn’t consider the striker from Piacenza one of the alternatives for his squads.
I consider this way of act a bit unrespectful against him.
That was what Rossoneri supporters was singing when Inzaghi got the pitch.Oi oi oi
Oi oioioioi
Pippo inzaghi segna per noi!

Below the highlights of the match:
February 17, 2012 24th Serie A matchday:

38’ Di Vaio
85’ Acquafresca

Fino alla fine,

February, 15 2012: Round of 16 first leg of Champions Legue
Ac Milan 4-0 Arsenal
15’ Boateng
38’ Robinho
49’ Robinho
79’ Ibrahimovic (PK)

The perfect night.
Everything started with Boateng’s goal, after an injury had kept him about four weeks outside the pitch.

An out of shape Arsenal conceded the whole game, without a true convincing play.
To highlight Ibrahimovic performance as a plamaker: he delivered two assists to Robinho
Check out the goals below:
February, 11 2012 Serie A 23rd matchday.
Udinese 1-2 Ac Milan
19’ Di Natale
77’ Maxi Lopez
85’ El Shaarawy

Has Allegri been right?
I criticized him during the whole duration of the match, but this evening he guessed the substitutions.
El Shaarawy closed the game thanks to an assist by la galina de oro just ten minutes after the goal of the newcomer himself.
According to that game, do Ac Milan prove -finally- not to be Ibracentric game addicted?
In this head to head game a victory would have been essential, and that arrived.
Allegi said:
That statement is to justify the lack of victories against main title contenders for sure, but usually, when most important opponets are defeated, that means a big injection of confidence: Is it a case that Ac Milan problems has started after derby defeat?Usually clubs win championships against littler teams, not versus bigger ones.
A really tough period are expected: Arsenal, Cesena and finally Juventus.
Rossoneri must show what that tricolore badge on the chest means!
February, 8 2012 first leg of Coppa Italia semifinal.
53’ Caceres (J)
62’ El Shaarawy (M)
83’ Caceres (J)
I know seniority matters, but Ambrosini does not deserve the armband.
We have less than five midfielders available. I understand the frustration however Allegri has got valid excuses.
I prefer to see the glass as being half full. We are still alive in two competitions with half the squad out.
The previous quotations are a couple of tweets of Samuel Dieudonné (you can follow Samuel on Twitter here: @dieudonnesam.)
These are about my thoughts too. I’d add just that yesterday game was an enjoyable one, and congratulations to Juve for the win.

Why didn’t Allegri line-up the same squad he had lined-up in Coppa Italia match?
Why must Ibrahimovic stay on the pitch even if he isn’t able to play a decent ball?
You can answer: oh, the team are full of injured players, and Allegri had not many choice!
Well, so have we to thank God because Klose was out?
What would have been happened if he had been on the pitch?
As I said in my review of Coppa Italia Milan - Lazio game, The team without Zlatan look like more fast and unpredictable.
Probably too much for Allegri, he can’t give the Swedish up, at least for an half, after the bad performance of him.
Ac Milan games was for about 70 minutes: a central midfielder (Thiago Silva or Nesta) had passed to Mesbah, Mesbah delivered to a midfielder (Nocerino or Robinho) while he was running on the side. The ball owner had given the ball back to Mesbah, and after a look to his tagged teammates, the newcomer crossed back to one of two central midfielders. Then a long ball to Abate that had ran and lost the ball with a cross into the box or passed to Ibra. Obviously Zlatan missed the ball shortly after.
If the previous explanation makes any sense to you, the highlights worths to be watched just for Lazio’s goals.
How can Muntari be useful in this team? Of course, when he will be available in two weeks.
How can club think to win a Scudetto playing always in this way? (Good when Zlatan is on fire, but awful when he is asleep)
I definitely hope Ac Milan, and above all Allegri will be able to answer with facts to these questions.
