Ac Milan 0-1 Atalanta

September, 15 - 3rd Serie A matchday:

64’ Cigarini

Falling down.

Ac Milan 2-1 Roma highlights

March, 24 2012 - 29th Serie A matchday:

44’ Osvaldo (R)
53’ Ibrahimovic (PK) (M)
83’ Ibrahimovic (M)

Ibrahimovic had dribbled Stekelenburg with a lob and controlled Kjaer helped by his great physical strength just before scoring his second goal.

A really important win against a tough opponent.
This result doesn’t let Rossoneri complitely happy though. Even if Boateng wormed up for Bacelona game on Wednesday, Thiago Slva was substituted due to an injury. That could probably mean he will miss that Champions League game.

Tomorrow night we all know if Ac Milan could forget league for a night and focus only on Barça; that depends on Juventus - Inter result.

Moving forward to the past

Today at Adidas Brand Center in Monza the new AC Milan home shirt for the season 2011/2012 was presented.
The team will wear it for the first time on Saturday, May 14 during the home match against Cagliari.

The first thing a calcio follower notice, watching this new jersey, is Adidas has designed a shirt with thin red and black stripes, similar to the Centenario one.

Thanks to that picture we can see the similarity of the two jersey, except that the neck -Centenario one- and the white inserts -new one-.

This last picture shows the font used for names and numbers on the back.

On the right and on left sides there’re two green-white inserts that should compose the Tricolore added to the red of the side.
I really hope there’re red inserts too, and I just didn’t notice them because of the poor quality of the image.

After all it is not the worst shirt Adidas made AC Milan players wear, but I think it could be better with the three stripes of another color maybe over monochrome sleeves. I hoped also they continued on the way of no raglan sleeve, but I was wrong.

I said, if AC Milan win Scudetto and Coppa Italia, I will buy the new jersey with those two patches, but now I think I’ll think a bit about.
